Diana is a Rio Grande Valley native and a lifelong resident of Weslaco. Diana graduated from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana where she was named the “Outstanding Hispanic Student” of her graduating class.
Diana graduated from St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio, Texas where her team placed in the top 4 in the Mock Trial Competition. Diana has served as a board member and Vice-President of the Weslaco Economic Development Corporation. She was elected Best of the Best Attorneys by the Town Crier.
Diana has been serving as the Chair of Family Law Section of the Hidalgo County Bar Association for the last two years and is a member of the Texas Bar College.

Lina Fuentes
Legal Assistant
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Lina attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement.
Lina has worked in juvenile trade centers, as a jailor, and is a former peace officer. Personal injury has become her line of expertise with 20-plus years of experience.
